About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

Job Summary
*This position is contingent upon contract award*

AECOM seeks a Program Security Manager (PSM) to support our Global Mission Solutions unit supporting language programs within the Intelligence Community. The AECOM PSM will manage the program on a local to global basis achieving quality outcomes, financial performance and client satisfaction and is responsible for overall project cost and scope, schedule, and quality of work in alignment with AECOM's business strategy, goals and vision.
• Directly responsible for all security measures, inspections, investigations and reporting for the assigned location.
• Ensures compliance with government and company security regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ensures all inspections, checks, reviews and investigation of any security incidents are completed to standard and on time.
• Conducts all inspections, reviews results and makes recommendations to the Site Manager and the Security Manager.
• Provides any reports or deliverables in a timely manner.
• Conducts and coordinates mandatory and other training in security education as required.
• Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
• Identifies and commits appropriate corporate resources to accomplish project goals.
• Liaison with the Sponsor to ensure successful program execution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide competent leadership and responsible program direction to Contract personnel including communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the sponsor organization.
• Communicate across the AECOM GMS and ICS to coordinate operational decision-making within the organization.

Minimum Requirements

• Must hold active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalency
• PMP certification
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Demonstrated operational experience in a HUMINT discipline
• Operational overseas experience
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing requirements
• Excellent communication, organization, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and manage work efficiently under stress and time constraints
• Ability to interact effectively in a multicultural environment
• At least 5 years of demonstrated and relevant work experience including:

o 3 years of experience providing PERSEC, OPSEC, and Physical Security support to the Intelligence Community
o In-depth knowledge of IC security regulations


Domestic and International travel as required

Preferred Qualifications
• At least five (5) years of experience with service delivery to primary Intelligence Community activities
• Overseas experience with substantive knowledge of various intelligence/information gathering operations
• Experience with linguist support programs
• Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing requirements
