Night Manager (Testing & Commissioning)|

THALES have won the largest global rail signalling programme and we are looking for a testing experienced management professional to be our new Testing and Commissioning Night Manager, this is a permanent role which we are looking to develop upwards throughout the duration of the programme. This role will be a highly influential position in the programme, it will be predominantly night shift with some day shift roles, this will be at the succesful candidates' discretion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Testing and Commissioning Night Manager to work in a permanent role on the 4LM Programme (approx. £800million).

technical assessment of queries from test teams
Management of Night Test teams (competence etc)
Ensure that all the technical information has been distributed to the right people within the team and to the subcontractors.
Provision of progress reporting to project or function for T&C night activities
Ensure all assigned work is completed to schedule, to budget (agreed hours) and to quality
ensuring compliance to signalling standards, and appropriate HSE and quality standards
generate on site inspection reports for T&C management and project management team
generation of periodic KPI statistics for review meetings
Log book reviews/ management and control
Technical Surveys of sites
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and manage the change as appropriate.
Ensure all reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner
co-ordinate any subcontractors - test or install related to our work
providing support to the management team when carrying out fault/incident investigations
Review night management processes to ensure they remain suitable and sufficient
submission of project dashboard reports as required by the field ops manager or CTIC
reviewing any subcontractor activities on site
interface between Test Support and T&C Management
