A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks an Training Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, Tx.
Position Functions or Responsibilities: NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator with a background in training coordination for large teams. The role is to coordinate the training as part of IT project scheduling team onboarding , It will also need to keep the regular scheduling, conducting of the training as part of the continuous learning initiative for team once ramp up is complete .
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
The resource will be responsible for coordination of the Training with internal and external teams of trainers and schedule / conduct trainings for the team as per determined intervals and set curriculum.
The training coordinator must deliver and maintain detailed Training plans, Certification Schedule , facilitate Training sessions with stakeholders and detailed Training schedule that are aligned to IT scheduling service team's continuous learning objectives. The role is critical to keep the IT Scheduling service team up to date in the latest tools , industry and client process related changes. The role will enable NTT DATA to deliver the knowledge management and efficiency improvement goals in the IT scheduling service as committed to the clients and internal stakeholders.
The position requires an individual with excellent communications skills (verbal and written), strong personal organizational skills and big picture view of the use of IT to drive business solutions. This position will be playing a key role in various core groups like delivery management, quality / CI practice and lead the metrics development / management and also support onboarding/training/mentoring of the new team.
