About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare Engineer to work virtually. Position may require local travel to DC.

Assist Navy Program Office as a Senior Electronic Warfare (EW) or RADAR engineer on solving complex engineering assignments in management, technical and administrative direction planning and overseeing research, development, design, manufacture, test, installation, operation, and maintenance of diverse electronic/mechanical equipment systems.

Minimum Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree in related engineering, science, or math field and at least 10 years of Electronic Warfare job-related experience. Demonstrated capability to interface with customers and provide direction to technically qualified personnel is preferred. Possess excellent communications and analytical skills; with a working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.
Position may require travel. Position will require the ability to pass and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
Must demonstrate outstanding engineering expertise and engineering management skills.
Perform a range of design development, analysis, or review tasks independently
Must demonstrate masterful knowledge of EMS technologies, current capabilities, and initiate solutions to technology gaps.
Liaison with Navy Program Executive Offices, laboratories and Navy Warfare Centers and other organizations.
Direct interface and liaison with internal and external customers at all levels to support design reviews and technical working group meetings to comply with requirements and specifications.
Prepare, deliver and submit technical papers and perform engineering studies.

Position requires Secret government clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Surface Electronic Warfare Systems
Senior EW Engineer
Experience working and coordinating with acquisition managers and engineers of those systems that interface with EW systems to resolve technical acquisition and fielding challenges.
