* One of the best Site Manager payers in the region.|
* Site Manager required for site putting out 50 units per year near Crawley.
* Site will be supported with experienced Assistant Site Manager and Materials Controller.
An experienced Site Manager is required by one of the regions premier residential developers. The successful Site Manager will lead a new phased of flats and houses. They will be supported by an Assistant and other directly employed staff.
Strong management from the start is essential to ensure tight control and success in all construction matters. The successful applicant will have completed a number of projects in the past as number one on site.
Ideally candidates will have some experience of traditional build and timber frame although this is not essential.
In return you will be rewarded with ongoing training and development, a market leading salary, company car or car allowance and a bonus as well as other company benefits. In addition you will have the support of a successful and stable senior management team.
In my personal opinion this site is one of the most organised in the region. You will be joining a motivated workforce and a team that have all sub contractors in place making the job that bit easier.
