Purpose of Role
We are seeking Change Management professionals to join our Business Change Team managing mobilisation projects across our FM Services business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our embedded team where you will be responsible for the management of large and complex mobilisation projects where Carillion takes on a new client, identifying the required resources in transferring all service lines and liaising with the Carillion SMT and Client throughout ensuring customer satisfaction.

Operating UK Wide, there is potential for successful candidate to be attached to a single mobilisation project HQ anywhere in the UK therefore a flexible attitude to travel is essential.

Principal Accountabilities
Manage the complexity and risk of a large mobilization owning considerations such as multiple client interfaces, significant P&L risks, complex estate issues, the range and way services will be delivered and embedded.

Manage and lead the contract mobilization process and actively contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the process

Contribute to the bid process, ensuring that the business's approach to mobilization is clearly and coherently communicated to all client and internal stakeholders.

Ensure all pre-contract activities are accomplished within agreed time scales, to ensure a smooth transition.

Ensure that internal quality procedures including the contract management plan, management reporting, contract development, budget, forecasting and financial controls are fully installed and tested prior to contract commencement.

Ensure the timely recruitment and transfer of staff and operatives, to deliver the agreed level of service with an appropriate skill base engaged at all locations.

Establish and develop contract relationships through excellent communication, appropriate reporting structures and delivery of customer satisfaction.
