About the Business Line
Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client's unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner's representation to our clients around the globe.
The candidate has a strong experience in the management of large construction contracts, preferably iconic projects such as convention centers, museums, sport facilities, with construction value in excess of 200ML US. She/He managed successfully the main contract with the principal, assisted the Project Manager during the completion of preconstruction phases, leading cost estimation, value engineering. She/He has selected, procured and negotiated large sub-contractor and supply packages. During construction she/he was in charge of contract administration, cost updated and budget revision, reviewing and approving interim payment certificates, reporting directly to the project manager or project director. The candidate would be willing to re-locate to Italy for the duration of the project from 3Q 2016.
