Randstad CPE currently have an exciting opportunity for Site Agents with Scottish Water experience to join a leading UK contractor who are involved in delivering a large framework.|
This role will be based in the clients office in Stepps.
This is a massive opportunity for any ambitious Site Agent. As well as being involved in the largest civils framework in Scotland, which will look great on any CV, you will be rewarded with much a desired central belt location, a competitive salary, a vehicle and additional benefits such as pension.
The Site Agent will be expected to run projects in a hands on role overseeing site operations,
Their roles and duties will include:
* Assuming overall responsibility for project(s)
* Ensuring all contracts are managed safely
* Assisting the contracts manager to prepare the project programme
* Resourcing requirements and budgets
* Ensuring civil contracts achieve their budgets
* Ensuring efficient and effective use of resources in line with legislation.
To be considered you will have:
* Similar experience within managerial / supervisory roles
* Demonstrable experience within civil engineering contracting
* SMSTS 5 Day Cert
* First Aid
* Full UK Driving License
