We are recruiting for a 5 star developer who have a large number of live projects and future work in the pipeline across Kent and Sussex.
The client is looking for a permanent Assistant Site Managers for traditional build project entering into new phases of a long term project. We are looking for candidates who have either taken units over from finishing stages or from out of the ground, if you have experience of both it would be very useful. You will be reporting directly into an experienced Senior Site Manager and a visiting Contract Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity offering competitive salary and packages including company car or car allowance, healthcare, pension, bonus scheme etc, as well as genuine opportunities for progression with a company happy to invest in further training on permanent staff.
You will make a vital contribution to the day to day running of this development as an Assistant Site Manager.
The Ideal Applicant:
* Excellent eye for detail and finish.
* Strong organisational and liaison skills.
* Be able to motivate labour and sub contractors.
* Good level of IT literacy.
* Previous experience of new build projects.
* Highly motivated and committed to the highest standards.
* Focused on progress.
* Be able to prioritise between being in the office and monitoring development out on site.
* Accurate reporting into Site Manager and, or Project Manager.
