The SIOP and Inventory Analyst is responsible for data gathering and data analysis support the site wide operations regarding Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) and Working Capital Planning (Inventory), who also collaborate with peers and upper levels to develop tactical plans to improve Working Capital, On Time Delivery and Capacity Utilization.|
This positions us accountable for the following tasks and activities:
Leading and lagging indicators reporting and analysis (OTD, NITO, Inventory Cost, Execution to plan, MRP Exception codes, etc.)
Data gathering and SIOP preparedness (Demand forecast, Shift Patterns, Backlog, Inventory Cost reduction project.
Collaborates in the development of Inventory Cost reduction projects
Actively participates in capacity requirements planning for the key manufacturing areas and strategic accounts.
Continuously interaction with peers and upper management to influence continuous improvement initiatives.
Bilingual (written and spoken English)
Bachelor Degree (Engineering or Business related degree)
5+ years of experience in supply chain or materials positions
Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Proficient in World Class ERP SYSTEMS (SAP as a plus)
Strong Skills in MS Office
Team work and change agent
