Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • This role will required to manage sales of Security Products within the Mainland China, ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through strategic planning, the job may include but not limited to
  • Influence Influencer, work closely with Consultant, Design Institute to spec-in company valuable products/solution
  • Manage all sales activities for the assigned vertical market, make sure meet /exceed the sales target
  • Collaborates with Regional Sales Leader, Marketing to roll out promotion in the assigned vertical market
  • Work with PM and Sales Leader to research on the assigned vertical market and work out the best solution
  • Strategy Planning
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn into incremental business
  • Increase the market awareness in the assign vertical market

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree preferably in engineering, networking or IT
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in security industry, and proven record of success
  • Well understanding of the security industry, good knowledge on CCTV & Access control products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Business Development Experience is a plus
  • Must speak both English and Mandarin
  • Good management skill and strong personality
