Due to the success of our business growth strategy; we are expanding our employment teams to deliver effective training into the Interserve Learning & Employment provision and customer journey. The team provides job search and employability training to customers in both structured and individual learning environments.
Accredited vocational training courses are also delivered, therefore an aspiration to improve and develop existing occupational/vocational competencies is essential. Current competence in either cleaning, warehousing, hospitality/catering or retail would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
This role is remote based so a willingness to travel to sites around West Yorkshire is a necessity.
