Quantity Surveyor-Sandy, Bedfordshire-£50,000-£60,000
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience on commercial projects? Have you had an experience on projects from start to completion? Are you looking to grow with a fantastic company with a very low staff turnover and a number of exciting projects?

Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor includes:

* Precontract experience
* Tender involvement
* CVR's
* managing/agreeing valuations/variations
* Managing subcontractor accounts
* Procuring subcontractors
* Cash flow forecasts
* Final accounts
Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor includes:

* Ideally, have a degree in Quantity Surveying
* Show longevity to previous employers
