Regional referent for one region of France : technical management of the account for installation and maintenance.
Database update with customer and HDS information (contacts, rules of intervention, etc.).
Execution of complex installation, upgrade and maintenance Operations (new product, unused procedure, risky procedure, etc.).
Application of some complex Action Plan provided by the Technical Support (incident, database update : ongoing action, results.).
Technical coordination for maintenance and installation (ISP, logistics, technical support, customer, technician and engineer on duty, management communication, utilization of escalation tool, utilization of resource reservation tool).
Proactive activity, a lerts Analysis (identification of impacted equipment, action plan comprehension, customer communication, etc.).
Support for Independent Service Provider (ISP) on Operation (phone explanation, phone guidance, procedure documentation, action plan validation, action plan explanation, etc.).
Training or workshop for the Independent Service Provider.
Customer satisfaction, customer communication (Root Cause Analysis elaboration, Customer Survey investigation, Action plan, Operation, status updates for the customers, etc. ).
On duty (technical duty) during some night and some week end.
Technical skill (hardware and software, installation, maintenance) : Server, NAS, Storage
Communication skill (writing, oral, meeting, conference call)
