Are you a Quantity Surveyor living in West Sussex and wish you could work locally with an established and successful company? Do you want to work as part of a small niche team where the impact of your work is recognised every day? |
I have an amazing opportunity for either an Assistant or Project level Quantity Surveyor to work with a cash rich, established and extremely successful developer in the West Sussex region. My client buys, builds and manages predominately commercial property in the South East. They also carry out their own residential developments for private sale. They have been established for many years, are privately owned and are very secure financially.
Workload now means that an additional surveyor is required to join their existing team. They can consider applicants from Assistant level or Project QS level.
Working for a smaller regional business the successful applicants will have a varied and interesting workload, consisting of both pre construction and post construction duties. There are two Senior Quantity Surveyors on hand to show the new team member how things are done.
There are very real prospects for management opportunities in the future. The company try where possible to promote from within and have a history of doing this.
As well as good salary for the South Coast you will also get 45p per mile for business mileage, pension, bonus and 25 days holiday.
