I have an exciting opportunity to join a top tier one contractor in Southampton who are looking for an experienced Estimator. They will pay up to £60,000 plus full package!|
This role will be working on local government framework projects, competitive tenders and design and build. The projects will be primarily public buildings like schools and hospitals up to £6million in value.
* Working closely with the pre-construction team
* Producing accurate Estimates
* Gaining competitive quotes from subcontractors
* Visiting site when necessary
* Experience working for a main contractor on similar projects as an Estimator or as a Quantity Surveyor
* Good technical construction knowledge
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
