An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor wishing to advance and progress their career. The role will see you taking on a range of different projects across the country, seeing them through from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a building surveyor to progress their career as our client boasts a quality training scheme alongside APC Assessor's opening the window to becoming a Chartered surveyor.
Medium size practice based in Manchester and Liverpool; Specilising in the housing sector carrying out building surveys and maintenance programs. Our client focuses on innovation and creativity during their projects making sure their developments can respond positively to social, economic and climate issues. We are looking for a building surveyor to work on a permanent basis.
Our client is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals who meet these requirements:
* Graduate or equivalent in surveying
* Experience in housing sector (desirable)
* Condition surveys and maintenance
* Contract administration experience
In return our client is offering a competitive starting salary between £20,000 to £30,000 and a quality APC training program.
