Seeking a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for one of London's most successful residential developer to to work on £10mil and a £50mil new build high end residential projects consisting of high end new build flats and houses.|
Client is looking to pay anything in region of £85,000 + very competitive package and bonus
You will be responsible for working on commercial activities onsite, working closely with the design and construction team to monitor build costs against the programme. This is includes reporting any budget variances, prelim strategies and risks to the Commercial Director in order to monitor against the programme completion dates and overall construction budget.
* 6 - 15 years experience working within a QS position in the UK
* Previous experience within the residential sector with a main contractor or developer
* Proven track record of delivery in a fast paced construction environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid commercial acumen
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
