My client are one of the largest national house builders in the UK specialising in mid range new build housing. With a regional office based along the South Coast they cover developments across, Hampshire, Dorset, Sussex and Surrey.|
They currently have a project at the moment consisting of 100 units in Chichester. This project will run for the next 18 months and currently has a No.1 Site Manager overseeing it. They are looking for an experienced Assistant to work with the Site Manager to finish that project and then work on future work in the West Sussex area. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in volume build housing as an Assistant Site Manager and must be based in the West Sussex area. Due to the level or experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay between £30k - £40k + package.
Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
