We are recruiting a highly motivated self-starter with a practical experience in transportation engineering, planning and operations to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team. We seek problem solvers who combine strong written and verbal communications skills, demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, knowledge of transportation operations strategies (such as ITS, managed lanes, mileage-based user fees, road user charges, tolling, connected vehicles, and vehicle automation), and the ability to develop innovative solutions independently and master new concepts quickly to deliver high quality work.
This position is based in Los Angeles, California. The successful candidate will be part of a team working on local, state, national, and federal engagements. You will work mainly on engagements to advise public sector clients on the conceptualization, development, funding, delivery, operations, and evaluation of major transportation operations projects, including a variety of related infrastructure management, and policy issues.
