Source Tagging Program Manager
Location(s): ASDA Head Office, Leeds
Reports to: National Accounts/Source Tagging
Business Unit: National Accounts/Retail Division
Assigned responsibilities will include the management, development and tracking of Source Tagging programs in support of UK&I and/or global customers. Documents and communicates program objectives. Establishes program standards, policies and processes. Acts as liaison between Customer, Source Tagging Team, and Business Partners when reviewing and revising key Program elements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as primary customer contact.
Participates in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
Documents and communicates program objectives. Establishes program standards, policies and processes.
Identifying, assessing, reporting and mitigating program risks.
Creates Executive-Level Dashboards to report overall Program Health. Establishes performance and quality targets that drive accountability.
Facilitates regular performance reviews with all key stakeholders. Acts as liaison between Customer, Source Tagging Team, and Business Partners when reviewing and revising key Program elements.
Defines primary impact metrics to measure Program effectiveness. Tracks benefits against all costs related to Program administration (ROI).
Reviews and approves technical and contractual correspondence, as appropriate, prior to delivery to the customer or major suppliers.
Reporting program status to the customer and to Source Tagging team at monthly status meetings and in monthly reports.
Tracks and managers changes in label usage.
Tracks and manages changes in fractional tagging.
Performs other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
3-5 years’ experience in Program/Project Management, or in the source tagging industry.
Experience in dealing with source tagging or other retail buying organisations.
Demonstrated team leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of the internal organisation and customer/vendor organisations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, maintaining a high degree of productivity and accuracy.
Ability to persevere through difficult situations.
Ability to prioritise among multiple tasks and objectives.
Strong organisational skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Windows; including XLS and PPT.
Travel is required.
