  • Coordinate and supervise the pressure Cement crew during planning, loading and moving to and from location
  • Coordinate and supervise employees on site while performing the job and assuring compliance with customer and Baker Hughes safety requirements
  • Monitors and documents all phases of the pressure pumping service process
  • Consults with District Operations Manager, maintenance, quality assurance, region and corporate safety managers regarding matters relating to service quality and loss prevention
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the Pressure Pumping environment with 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience in any field
  • Cementing/Stimulation courses pertaining to product knowledge, equipment operations knowledge, and hands on training and expertise in specific discipline.
  • Must have knowledge of operations to safely carry out the duties of stimulation/cementing operations and supervision.
  • Problem recognition and solving/trouble shooting skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Skills necessary to train lead and motivate a large crew
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
  • Class A CDL with hazmat required
  • Reliable transportation and access to a phone in order to receive call outs to job locations.
  • 2-3 years industry experience in product line being supported or 2 year technical degree.
  • Must be able to read a P& ID.
  • Ability to troubleshoot the automation controllers, pumps, meters and wiring used on all electric, pneumatic and solar skids.
  • General knowledge of oil & gas production operations.
  • Basic understanding of AC and DC voltage.
  • The ability to travel up to 2 -3 weeks a month, without supervision.
  • Good customer communication skills are a necessity.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Self-starter with limited supervision.
  • Minimum 2 year Technical Degree
  • General knowledge of oil & gas production operations.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work well and communicate well with others.
  • Good computer skills with Excel, Word and basic computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to recognize customer needs and create value proposal
