This is an exciting opportunity in Columbus, IN for a Technical Advisor - Battery Cell Technology. Cummins USA is where you can work on industry leading Technology Projects.

Thinking Beyond your desk includes:

We are looking for an experienced battery industry professional, with a Ph.D. or M.S. in a relevant discipline, extensive in-depth knowledge of cell suppliers, and overall understanding of the industry landscape. This person is expected to translate Cummins needs into the overall strategy and specific experimental, modeling, and project work. This person would also be expected to advise the internal customers with regards to the potential cell technology selection, integration, battery management, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Significant years of experience in Battery Cell Technology
  • Exceptional Project Management skills
  • Presentation and communication skills are required
Required Education, Licenses or Certifications:

PhD, Masters of Science, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent degree in engineering required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary commensurate with experience and bonus.
