My client are a privately owned regional house builer based in Oxford that specialise in the development of mid range housing throughout Oxfordshire.|
They currently have a project consiting of 54 traditional build detached 3 and 4 bedroom houses in Oxford. The site has been running for about 6 months and has another 6 months left. They already have a No.1 Site Manager on that site but are now recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to help finish off that project and then work on an upcoming project in Oxford. Candidates must have at least 5 years experience as an Assistant Site Manager, must have a trade background ideally carpentry and must be based around Oxfordshire.
Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.
You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
