Job Overview:

As a member of the IT Human Resource, Legal and Payroll Team, this position provides information technology expertise and guidance to the Human Resources business users, and has responsibility for the delivery and support of IT solutions to solve HR business problems.

Job Function:

• Work closely with the HR business team to identify, review and document business processes and requirements
• Analyze, determine and propose application and interface solutions, understand application functionality
• Perform system set-up, configuration, testing, and support day-to-day systems and interfaces issues
• Build productive relationships with the IT global team, including BSAs, developers, and infrastructure
• Build productive relationships with the HR global organization
• Build and manage productive relationships with the various systems vendors and customer representatives
• Stay current with industry best practices and opportunities for improvement through automation
• Provide expertise and guidance for the use and configuration HR Technology
• Understand and utilize various Software Development Life Cycle methodology including waterfall and Agile as appropriate for each project
• Assist in Portfolio Management and Strategic Roadmap design
• Support internal and external systems audit initiatives

Position Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of 6 to 10 years of directly related experience working with HR Technology and Analytics
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of application implementation experience including participation in at least two Oracle R12 HCM Implementations and/or Upgrades
• Strong knowledge of HCM, Recruitment, Performance Management and Compensation systems and ability to take the lead as the business systems analyst
• Acute understanding of business systems analysis and how to apply it to complex solutions
• Good understanding of HR, Payroll and related Finance business processes, systems and their interdependencies
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems or related area
• Ability to balance business requirements, compliance regulations, and technology capabilities for global projects
• Ability to provide leadership on projects to other Business Analysts
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to skillfully influence without authority
• Ability to build and work with cross-functional teams across the organization
• Ability to effectively manage confidentiality of information
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology
• Consulting Experience is advantageous
