Design Coordinator - Tier One Main Contractor - Mixed-Use, Tower Hamlets, London|
One of our best clients in London are on the hunt for a ambitious Design Coocoordinator for a £150 build in Tower Hamlets in Central/East London. The project is a mixed-use development with residential, retail and high rise construction. This Main Contractor are recognised internationally as a market leader with a heavy presence in the London Market.
Duties will consist of:
* Arranging and holding meetings with subcontractors
* Making sure design follows NHBC requirements
* Chairing Design Team Meetings
* Acting as a point of contact for the client
* Able to manage the Architect and check detailed drawings
* Manage all subcontractors for M&E, Structural and fit out.
In return the successful Design Coordinator will receive the following:
* A basic salary of £48-52k
* Car allowance of £6,400
* Health care
* 15% Bonus
