Technical Coordinator - City of London - Developer - Residential Mixed Use|
I am very excited to present this role to the market, it is very rare you recruit a role that ticks every box for what a good Technical coordinator would be looking for when making a move in the London market.
My client is a leading London based Developer specialising in major projects which consist of years of construction. Projects are split into phases and they consist of heavy retail, commercial and leisure and so always technical challenging. This developer does not produce just straight forward 'housing'. They are the end client and the principal contractor and so they heavily get involved with the 'nuts and bolts' of a project. The fact that they are the client they can influence the design and get creative and not have to follow requirements from another company. This Developer works with signature Architects and so projects are always produce a high specification product, majority of projects are London based.
A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a good Technical Coordinator to assist a Technical Manager on a new phase of construction which consists of 400 units, RC frame up to 37 storeys. You will be responsible for coordination of design elements within Structural, M&E and interiors based on-site in the City of London.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Coordinator with the following:
* Residential experience
* RC Frame experience
* Experience of working for a Main Contractor or Developer
* Ambitious nature - someone who wants to excel their career
* A Construction related Degree
* Technically astute (coordinator level)
The successful Technical Coordinator will receive the following:
* A basic salary of £45-50k depending on experience
* A car allowance (£5k) or company car
* Health care
* Annual Bonus
* A exceptional mentor
* The chance to work on high profile, high spec jobs with signature architects
* A very promising career path
* A fast track career path to a Technical Manager (if you prove yourself)
* A friendly working culture
* London based projects
