Are you a manager looking to run a complex RC frame and groundwork package? Do you want to be part of a thriving sub-contractor? I am currently looking for a Site Manager to join one of my leading RC frame and groundwork specialists. This is for roughly 6 months work paying competitive rates.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Responsible for the site management on day to day running on site activity.
* Coordinate project activities with contractors, internal departments and supervise activities to meet the PM's objectives.
* Complete individual site projects safely, timely, efficiently and cost effectively.
* Provide effective handover and post completion review of all projects and making recommendations for improvements when required.
* Provide project related status/reports as required.
Candidate Requirements

* Experience working with RC frame and groundwork specialists
* Demonstration of Continuous Professional Development.
* Good communication, interpersonal and reporting skills.
* Ability to support, manage and motivate staff.
