Do you want to be part of an engineering team supporting the next generation of communication for our warfighters• Do you want to be challenged day-in and day-out• If so, General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) is currently seeking an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join our Electrical Engineering Center of Excellence team at our Taunton/Dedham, MA locations, working a range of design and development projects. These projects can include digital Printed Wiring Assemblies (PWA), cable and harness assemblies, DC to DC low power and AC to DC high power designs. You will experience the production and utilization of your designs within products and as integral components for vehicle and fixed site integration of complex equipment.
GDMS is seeking an Entry-Level, highly self-motivated Electrical Engineer to join us in our Taunton/Dedham, MA locations. This is a great opportunity to use and grow your understanding of electrical engineering concepts as it relates to our products.
As an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer you will be able to spend your first few months diving into specific assignments that have defined performance expectations and deadlines. You'll get to network with new and experienced teammates.
The Entry-Level Electrical Engineer is responsible for participating in electrical requirement analysis, functional analysis, performance analysis (e.g. timing, power, etc.), design and verification of electrical components, equipment and systems under direct supervision.

The critical skills you will continue building in this role will come from a range of academic and extra-curricular experiences: exposure to systems engineering, schematic design principles, network knowledge (a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or the equivalent experience is required.
Department of Defense security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
