My client is one of London's fastest growing maintenance businesses, with over 30 years experience in the industry.
Due to there excellent growth and unique approach to work in both personal and professional development, they are urgently seeking 2 x experienced Maintenance Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical) to join and very exciting new site in Stratford, covering all Landlord and Tenant areas. This is an extremely exciting site, which will be at the heart of East London's redevelopment with a mixture of retail, commercial offices, media clients as part of the buildings innovation centre.
Electrical Engineer: £36 - 38k. Recognised trade qualifications required (C&G or equivalent), 17th Edition, Inspection & Testing and LV AP experience/qualifications and IPAF desirable. Strong Building Maintenance experience, and experience working in a client-facing, corporate environment.
Mechanical Engineer: £36 - 38k. Recognised trade qualifications required (C&G or equivalent), Pressure Systems AP experience/qualifications and IPAF desirable. Strong Building Maintenance experience, and experience working in a client-facing, corporate environment.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, split days; 7am - 4pm and 10am - 7pm
