Looking for a No2 Quantity Surveyor to be part of London's most successful award winning developers.|
The right candidate would be reporting into the Project director and will be given the opportunity to progress into the no1 surveyor with a promotional package. The role is paying anything from £55k up to £75k + very competitive package and bonus
Working within a dynamic project specific commercial team in constructing of two high rise 42 and 46 storey towers consisting of Hotel and high end residential apartments, build value circa £360million.
Main aspects of job would consist: procurement of contractors, management + payment of contractors, value engineering, build cost estimating, measurement, updating business on cost / risk & scope, contract administration etc...
* Previous experience within the residential sector with a main contractor or developer
* Proven track record of delivery in a fast paced construction environment
* Experience of managing large packages, managing sub contracts and ensuring service performance.
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid commercial acumen
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
