A leading IT & infrastructure service provider in the Gloucester / Cheltenham area is searching for a new Infrastructure Engineer. You will be responsible for supporting and delivering complex infrastructure and cloud-based solutions, working in a client facing role.
You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes a basic salary of circa £30,000 - £38,000 depending on skills and experience plus bonus and pension.
As the successful candidate you must have:
- Experience as a 3rd line infrastructure engineer
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, including Exchange Online
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop environments
- Strong experience of Windows Server environments
- Networking, including DHCP, routing, firewalls and TCP/IP
- VMWare/Virtualisation or Hyper-V
- Strong experience with Active Directory and Exchange
- Understanding of ITIL best practices
