This property services organisation are keen to recruit an experienced Building Services planned maintenance surveyor for their Stafford based maintenance team who act as a consultant for clients to deliver planned and reactive maintenance to academies and the Councils corporate stock and schools, building surveying, facilities management (hard services), asset management planning, contract procurement and administration and support to the lead discipline on projects.
Your new role
As Planned Preventative Maintenance Engineering Surveyor , your role will be to ensure the effective contract management of a proportion of statutory compliance service contracts. The PPM team are responsible for managing contracts for the planned preventative maintenance of a wide range of M&E contracts. Your role is to manage the performance of third party suppliers across a number of these contracts including Gas supply systems, heating appliances, Water Hygiene, Swimming pools, Sewage treatment plants and pumping stations. Experience in one or more of these areas is required.

The position will suit a motivated individual with a strong client focus and a positive approach to problem solving who has a clear understanding of building services. Relevant Mechanical / Electrical Building Services knowledge & experience essential.
