My client is arguably the leading Contractor within the London Refurbishment and New Build market. They require a Senior Technical Services Manager to work our of their London office. Earning up to £95,000 plus fantastic company benefits this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Services Manager to reach their potential within a Tier 1 Contractor.
The Candidate and Role
The candidate should have previous experience within a Technical Services Manager role ideally working in the Commercial Fit out industry. My client is open to individuals background (academic or trades). It is preferable that the suitable candidate has experience with managing a team of M&E on site staff.
