Quantity Surveyor - Northampton, Northamptonshire - £48,000-£50,000
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with commercial experience? Have you been on projects of £20m+ in value? Are you looking for progression?

Responsibilities of the successful Quantity Surveyor includes:

* Precontract and tender involvement
* CVR's
* Managing/agreeing valuations/variations
* Managing subcontractor accounts
* Procuring subcontractors/negotiations
* Producing Cash Flow Forecasts
* Final Accounts
Requirements of the successful Quantity Surveyor includes:

* Have a HND/HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction or relevant background
* Have experience in managing £20m+ projects
* Show longevity to previous employers
