We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a prestigious residential development near Croydon delivering circa 600 units phased over a number of years in a joint Venture scheme. The current phase is 100 traditional build units.
Our client is 5 star developer noted for building prestigious developments across the UK particularly in the South East and London region. They are looking for a Project Manager with previous experience of delivering similar projects who can take the project from the ground up, through the frame, internal and external fit out of residential apartments with the assistance of a couple of Assistant Site Managers.
You will be the lead manager all the units being delivered buy this part of the joint venture reporting directly into the Construction Director on progress, financial matters and all related issues. The role has become available du to the current incumbent being promoted to a regional role.
Salary and package are flexible and will be competitive in the current market. Experience of delivering similar projects is the most important thing for the client therefore please don't hesitate to get in touch should you require any further detail.
