Job Title: Site Manager|
Salary: up to £55,000 + package
We are currently working with a client who is looking to appoint a Site Manager in London.
They are a first class building services to the prime central London property market. With a portfolio of restoration and refurbishment projects, they work closely with their clients, offering a hands-on approach with every project involving the attention of a member of the company's board of directors.
The Site Manager requirements:
* High end residential experience
* Experience in working on high end residential refurbishments
* Client facing
* Happy to work on the tools
* Oversee subcontractors on site and reporting in to a Project Manager
* Helping to deliver the project in a timely manner, within budget and to a high standard
* Working closely with the commercial staff on projects as well as liaising with the client and design team
