ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - FOOT MOBILE - UP TO £16 PER HOUR + ZONES 1&2 TRAVEL CARD - COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES - IMMEDIATE START - TEMP TO PERM|
I am currently recruiting for x4 electrical / multi skilled maintenance engineers to join one of the fastest growing maintenance companies in the industry. You will be completing maintenance works across a portfolio of commercial properties including retail, corporate and leisure.
Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following;
* Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
The successful candidate will be electrically or (C&G, 17th Edition) with a proven track record in building maintenance, ideally within a commercial site.
This is a temporary position however, if you preform well there is a high possibility that the role will progress to a permanent position.
The role will pay you an hourly rate up £16.00 per hour based on experience and the permanent role paying up to £34,000 + package

Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
