Due to the success and growth of their business they are currently searching for a talented Building Services Manager to work across projects in their construction business. The ideal Building Services Manager will be responsible for the following:
As a talented Building Services Manager you will be responsible for the following:
* Managing the M&E works on site.
* Liaising with clients to ensure M&E installation and works are carried out to the level expected.
* Co-Ordinate all M&E installation on a range of projects across the North West.
* Work closely with the design team to ensure installation works in line with the construction project.
* Ensuring that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to on site.
A successful Building Services Manager will need to:
* Be diligent.
* Be organised.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Be able to multi task.
* Work autonomously.
For the successful Building Services Manager the company offer a package of:
* £50k to £55k basic salary.
