Your role will be within the software support/customer service team, and you will be responsible for the first line support for their clients
Client's can contact via phone and email with the aim to resolve 90% of issues and queries.
You will need to take ownership of issues ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Remote support of our long established customer base of mainly professional service organisations
Ideal Personality traits
*Experience of IT / customer support
*Good telephone and email skills
*Ability to work in a busy professional services company
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*A good working knowledge of Sage 50 & Sage 200 would be advantageous
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Some knowledge of accounts or bookkeeping would be useful, or previous experience in a commercial office.
*Ability to drive to work due to location
