Our client, who has a very established regional business, has seen significant growth within their market sector within the last year. They have a full order book running into next year and several projects secured in recent weeks, this has sparked a requirement for a special works Site Manager.
Our client requires a Site Manager who has from a trade's background, who has proven track record managing refurbishments between £500k - £1.5 Million either within the education, commercial, health care and industrial sector. Ideally located 1 hour of Southampton and able to commute to Hampshire & Dorset.
* Managed & delivered projects between £500k - £1.5 Million
* Previous experience working within the Commercial, Education, health care, industrial
* Managed Design & Build & JCT form of contracts
* Able to set up site, plan & deliver projects to program & to budget
* Experienced using programming software (Power Point/ Microsoft)
* Strong knowledge of heath & safety legislation
* Ability to Document & ensure all company producers are adhered to
