SHIFT MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (CONTINENTAL SHIFT) - COMMERCIAL BANK, MOORGATE, LONDON - £40,000|
My client is a leading European M&E provider with an extensive portfolio in the UK and London. Due to a contract expansion my client is seeking 1 shift mechanical technicians to join an established shift team on site in Moorgate, London. You will have your city and guilds, NVQ or equivalent in mechanical with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and crucially with hospitals.
Duties will include PPM and Reactive maintenance on plant equipment including pumps, motors, changing belts, filters, seals, AHU's, VAV's, VRV's, fan coil units, splits and multi-splits, BMS (trend), boilers, pipe work (copper and PVC), compressors, down flow units, re-setting chillers, diesel generators, changing lighting, escorting sub contractors, small project work, relevant paper work, health and safety and helping out other technicians on site.
Ideally the perfect candidates will have an extensive background in Critical / Banking maintenance including Chillers, Boilers, DFU's, Close control units, DX units and all HVAC plant.
* £40,000 Basic Salary
* 20 Days Shift holiday

* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
07:00 -19:00 nights and days on a continental shift pattern with overtime
