MECHANICAL / HVAC MAINTENANCE ENGINEER - CANARY WHARF - £ 32,000|
An Exciting opportunity to join Leading property management company who are responsible for the maintenance across a large commercial bank based in Canary Wharf. They are looking for a HVAC / Mechanical engineer to join there expanding contract do delivery HVAC and mechanical maintenance including AHU's/ FCU's maintenance as well as hot & colds.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Critical Commercial Building Maintenance ideally from a Bank background with City & Guilds Parts1 &2 or NVQ Qualified in Mechanical or HVAC discipline.
You will base based on a Multi-storied bank based in Canary Wharf working alongside a large maintenance team as well as the critical shift team. Your duties will include Mechanical Planned & Reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, Split systems, BMS, Emergency Lighting, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers, Fire Alarm Testing, and Basic electrical Plant.

* £30,000-£32,000 Basic Salary

Hours of Work
Monday - Friday (08:00am - 17:00pm)
* City & Guilds or NVQ qualified level 2 & 3
* Mechanical apprenticeship.
* Previous Critical building maintenance experience.
* Previous building maintenance experience within a client facing position ideally Bank or Law firm
