About the role:

  • Make the sale and submit deficiency quotation (FA SP) identified following an inspection.
  • Identify customer needs and develop a sales strategy to offer customers the company's products and services as well as meet the client's objectives.
  • Develop a designated sales plan and do follow up with the district.
  • Maintain complete and accurate record of sales activities relating to deficiencies and follow up with the customer.
  • Provide effective solutions and specific recommendations to clients while forming business relationships and ensure that TIFS exceeds expectations.
  • Complete and maintain documentation of customer databases stored in the management system.
  • Review, edit and submit deficiencies from the technical reports.
  • Account management of an established customer base to ensure their retention.
  • Addressing the renewal of service contracts.
  • Ensure growth of accounts measured against a sales quota.
  • Be the customer contact point, contribute to the development of a healthy business relationship and learn the peculiarities of each account (who are the decision makers, who have installed equipment to the site, what type of service contract is applicable, site history, etc.).
  • Interface with the operations department to coordinate the delivery of services sold and / or improving the rendering of these.
  • Document advancements and performance indicators to the management team on a weekly and monthly basis requirements.

Who we’re looking for
  • High school and / or vocational training in fire protection.
  • or more years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership and proven negotiation skills and sales achievements.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to close sales and handle a variety of situations encountered from during the sales process.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Oral and written French and English
