About the Business Line
AECOM's Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM's Government business line and is comprised of three divisions - International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Quality Control / Quality Assurance, Safety Environmental Facilities Specialist.

Supports the QCSE Manager by ensuring the quality control program is executed as appropriate, the safety and environmental requirements are upheld in accordance with AECOM, OSHA, and Customer requirements within the Program. Also assists with QCSE duties at other Washington Metro Area (WMA) sites as needed and required.

Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Able to perform job risk analyses and create and execute quality control initiatives with business area leads (Managers) and the PMO.
  • Ability to perform post incident investigations to include detailed reporting and verbally communicating with the QCSE Manager, PMO, and other pertinent arties until all actions have been closed.
  • Capable of conducting regular quality, safety, and environmental inspections of all work areas and provides written reports detailing corrections and issues addressed.
  • Responsible for evaluating chemical, mechanical, thermal, electrical, physical, and ergonomic hazards and providing recommendations to reduce or eliminate safety hazards.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience providing support to a large Program in the area of quality control, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and/or health and wellness
  • Ability to effectively use MS Office Suite and customer based database(s)
  • Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Polygraph - TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications
  • Intel Community experience preferred
  • Experience working with large, complex, multi-disciplined programs
