About the Business Line
Construction Services
Our talented experts are dedicated to managing the complexity inherent in construction projects, catering to each client's unique needs. We provide services such as program management, construction management and owner's representation to our clients around the globe.

Job Summary
  • Coordinating key bids as identified by Business Line Manager after request has been approved. This will be in accordance with an established bid coordination protocol
  • Identifying Request for Proposal requirements - coordinate respondent requirements / actions and build submission documents in coordination with allocated bid team
  • Transferring feedback from bid team respondents into submission - ensuring consistency of message and content to ensure key messages and items are listed clearly.
  • Coordinating bid team meetings and provide feedback to team
  • Coordinating EOI and RFP review processes.
  • Engaging with wider business : profiles, capability statements, etc
  • Preparing capability statements

Minimum Requirements
  • Min 5 years of admin experience, preferably in an Engineering / Consultancy MNC
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant proposal bid and submission experience in an engineering consultancy / contract environment a strong advantage
  • Administrative experience with some technical / engineering knowledge
  • Efficient, well organized
  • Timeliness - meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English
  • Driven and ability to mutli-task

Location: Based in Jakarta office
