We are looking for an experienced Handyman to manage an accommodation property in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The role will involve undertaking basic maintenance tasks such as general plumbing, plastering, joinery and electrical duties. This is a static role at 20 hours week on a flexible working pattern, with an opportunity for full time hours in the near future.
If you'd like to apply for this role you must have team then you must have:

* Previous handyman/caretaker experience
* Excellent customer service
* A good attitude & strong work ethic
We are looking for hard working and self motivated individuals with a good eye for detail. You will undertake allocated repairs, modernisation or other associated works within agreed timescales to a high standard whilst working under minimal NA will work within appropriate Health and Safety regulations to ensure the environment, property and occupants are safe and secure at all times.

All applicants must have previous checkable experience within a construction / building / maintenance background ideally with experience as caretaker / handyman.
