We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager for a prestigious residential development near Croydon delivering circa 600 units phased over a number of years in a joint Venture scheme.
Our client is recognised for building prestigious developments across the UK particularly in the South East and London region. They are looking for a Senior Site Manager with previous experience of delivering similar projects who can take the project from the ground up, through internal and external fit out with the assistance of a couple of Assistant Site Managers and through to handover to the end client.
You will be reporting directly into the Project Manager who reports directly to the Construction Director. You will report on progress, financial matters and all related build issues. Day to day responsibilities incude H&S, monitoring sub contractors, quality control, scheduling works etc.
Salary and package are flexible and will be competitive in the current market. Experience of delivering similar projects is the most important thing for the client therefore please don't hesitate to get in touch should you require any further detail.
