Job Description
Provides operational support to the service and sale team. Supports the Customer Service and Support (CSS) manager as required. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure renewals are done in time. The CSS Operation is responsible that renewals are done in time, handle Install Base Reports, Forecasting for CSS numbers and Spare part handling

Financial Management
  • Review of CSS Revenue in a Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Basis
  • Compare costs versus P&L
  • Ensure costs are being registered correctly

  • Assist with preparing the forecast
  • Provide status on renewals
  • Alert of any potential issues

Renewal Management
  • Alert team on renewal contracts close to expire
  • Request renewal quotes to renewals representatives in US
  • Responsible for generating discount analysis, building discount requests and giving follow up.
  • Communicate with Partners in Mexico, Central America and Caribbean(CAC)
  • Prepare all customer facing documents related to the install base
  • Manage Renewal Purchase Orders (POs) from receipt up to revenue recognition

  • Supports the account team by monitoring and communicating spare parts availability
  • Monitor and close follow up to critical spare parts requests
  • Spare Parts new buys analysis

Database Management
  • Install Base Report

  • • Interact directly channel partners as required

Experience & Skills
  • BS in Accounting and or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting a high performance service/sales team
  • Demonstrated ability to work:
    • Autonomously in a fast-paced environment
    • Closely with Services/Sales organizations and build sustainable business partnerships
  • Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Great follow-through skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Contract generation experience
  • Writes and Speaks English Fluently
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities and be flexible to adjust as priorities change
  • Advanced MS Office (Outlook and Excel minimum) skills
  • Good business acumen and judgment
  • Confident dealing with matrix management structure
  • Understanding and knowledge of:
    • Forecasting and pipeline management
    • Reporting
