You will ensure that Management Information to support the HR business processes is produced both accurately and on-time and ensure that the HR & Payroll systems are operated efficiently and effectively to ensure that the HR records are properly maintained and that employees are paid accurately and on-time. You will provide reporting expertise and support to users of the HR & Payroll systems and the production of HR metrics and produce monthly and ad hoc reports to develop data to provide further metrics and insights. You will be responsible for evaluating the accuracy of data and make process improvement recommendations and data cleansing activates. Whilst acting as a support for on-going maintenance of the HR/Payroll system and interfaces, you will ensure that any problems are managed to a successful conclusion. You will also act as the interface with STW and HR representatives, providing an advisory service regarding the system optimisation and ensuring effective communication with all key stakeholders.
You will have relevant system administration experience with corporate IT systems and associated reporting tools. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with all key stakeholders and with external IT providers. You will have the experience of providing accurate and timely management information, with the confidence in dealing with users at all levels. Strong Planning skills and the ability to organise small scale projects effectively with minimum supervision is needed. You should have an analytical mind with a keen interest in resolving problems and delivering business improvement, through continuous improvement. Experience of working with HR and payroll teams or reporting from a contact management system would be beneficial.
